4. He is the founder of Folio Media Group, a multimedia company that owns Daily Times Nigeria, Nigeria's oldest newspaper, which was founded in 1926.

6. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) charged Fidelis and his brother, Noel Anosike, in court in 2018 with allegations that he obtained Daily Times through fraudulent means.
