Social Media Isn't Real, People Project Fake Lives There — BBNaija's Yerins

BBNaija star Yerins has addressed the issue of people assuming that celebrities shouldn't be seen doing what many feel is below their status.

Speaking via social media, Yerins made it clear that just because one is considered a celebrity doesn't mean that person can't take a taxi or patronise small boutiques.

The reality star urged his followers and fans not to be deceived by their favourite celebrities as everything done on social media involved packaging.

He urged them to be themselves and stop pleasing people, adding that they should cut their coats wisely. He then concluded by saying fans shouldn't be pressured and they should be happy with what they have as more would come.

"People are funny though. So some people think because you are a celeb you can't take taxi or buy things at small boutiques.

"You better don't be deceived, some of your faves are on this table. Just packaging for social media. Be yourself and don't please anyone.

"Do your thing at your own pace and don't be pressured. Whatever you have, be happy with it. More will come", he wrote.
