Soludo Takes Steps To End Monday Sit-At-Home In Anambra

Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo has moved to end Monday sit-at-home in Anambra state.​​​​

This was contained in a circular dated 25th March 2022 and signed by the by the Head of Service, Theodora Igwegbe.

In the letter the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR directed that all public servants in the state henceforth report at their places of work on Mondays.

Absence from work on Mondays or any other day without approval shall be seen as gross misconduct which shall attract appropriate sanctions.

The Monday sit-at-home has refused to end in some South East States like Enugu, Anambra and Abia States where to compliance has continuously been recorded.
