South Africa: Four Bulgarians Killed In Cape Town Suburb

On Thursday morning, two Bulgarian men and women were found dead in the suburb of Constantia, Cape Town, South Africa. The motive for their killing is unknown.

Colonel Andre Traut, a spokesperson for the South African Police Service (SAPS), said the four dead bodies were discovered around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday.

The victims, two women and two males between the ages of 40 and 50 are thought to be of Bulgarian heritage.

“Police were summoned to the crime scene after the discovery was made,” said Traut. The motive for the mass murder in Constantia is yet to be established.

According to reports, detectives from the Serious and Violent Crime Units have been assigned to the case.

Reports further stated that at approximately 12:35 p.m. on Thursday, crime scene investigators were still scouring the murder site.
