    Veteran Nollywood actress Stella Damasus has lost her mother.

    The 43-year-old actress announced the passing away of her mother via her Instagram page on Monday, January 24, 2022.

    She, however, did not reveal the cause of death or the date.

    Posting a photo of her mother, Damasus said that their parting is not a goodbye, adding that she loves her mother forever.

    "This is not goodbye, it's TILL WE MEET AGAIN. Love you forever mummy," she wrote.

    Shortly after the announcement, her colleagues in the entertainment industry flooded her comment section to extend their heartfelt condolence to Damasus.
