Members of the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) have been directed by the National Industrial Court in Abuja to end their strike immediately.
The directive was issued by Justice Ibrahim Galadima on an ex-parte application presented by the Association of Women in Trade and Agriculture, and the Citizens Advocacy for Social and Economic Rights.

Individuals and association marked in the suit are the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, NARD, and the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige.
Resident doctors have ordered asked by the resident doctors to resume work until the hearing slated for October 8.
