Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has been named as the new Sarkin Yakin of Opanda.
The Ohimegye Opanda, Alhaji Usman Abdullahi, conferred the revered title on Governor Sule suring a visit on Monday.
The governor visited the palace at Umaisha, Toto LGA of the State to seek royal blessing ahead of the scheduled campaign flag-off in the Area.
Abdullahi, a first-class monarch in the State lauded the Governor for his tireless efforts in securing the lives and property of his people.
The Governor was accompanied by his predecessor, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe and State Counsel, Barrister Labaran Shuaibu Magaji among others.
