Sunday Igboho's Extradition Hearing Adjourned Till Friday

The Court D’Appeal in Cotouno has adjourned the case involving the Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho till Friday, July 23, 2021.

Sunday Igboho has therefore been returned to the cell in the Benin Republic.

AllNews Nigeria recalls that Igboho was apprehended on Monday night at the International Criminal Police Organisation at the Cadjèhoun Airport in Cotonou.

The agitator is been tried for Immigration-related offences, others.

Igboho and his wife, Ropo, were arrested at the airport as they wanted to catch a flight to Germany.

Many Yoruba-speaking supporters of the activist were seen at the court premises on Thursday afternoon.
