Super Eagles Defender Chidozie Awaziem was on target for Hadjuk Split to help them to a 1-0 win over Rijeka in the Croatian League on Sunday.
Awaziem, who has been enjoying a regular playing time at Hadjuk, scored the winning goal in the 51st minute to hand the visitors the maximum points.
The former Boavista defender has now scored two goals this season, with the first coming against Locomotive Zagreb in August.
He has made seven appearances for Hadjuk Split in the new season.
Hadjuk Split are unbeaten in their last five matches.
They are in the second position on the log, 11 points behind leaders Dinamo Zagreb.
Up next for Hadjuk Split is a home clash against Varazdin at the Poljud Stadium on Saturday.
