Super Falcons' Asisat Oshoala Resumes Barcelona Training

Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala has returned to training with Barcelona Femeni after sustaining a knee injury.

Oshoala sustained a Grade two Ligament injury on national team duty with the Super Falcons in July.

She suffered the injury in the 2-1 loss to South Africa in the opening match of the WAFCON 2022.

The injury ruled her out of the competition.

Barcelona confirmed on their Twitter handle that the former Arsenal star is back in training.

Oshoala has been a vital part of the Barcelona Femeni team, she won the top scorer award in the Spanish Iberdrola last season with 19 goals.

She recently made the nominees for the 2022 FIFA Ballon d'Or award.
