The Project Delivery Office (PDO) of the Federal Government of Nigeria's Survival Fund Grant on Sunday branded as "fraudulent" portals claiming the list of successful applicants has been released.
According to an official statement, "the Committee has not posted any list of shortlisted candidates".
The Public Announcement from the Project Delivery Office on fraudulent websites reads: "The attention of the steering committee, Survival Fund, has been drawn to a portal purported to be from the Project Delivery Office (PDO), inviting Nigerians to check the list of shortlisted candidates for the Survival Fund Grant.
"For the avoidance of doubt, the Committee has not posted any list of shortlisted candidates.
"The process of grants and benefiting from all the schemes under the programmes are done transparently online, and in line with laid down procedures as stipulated on the official website.
"Nigerians are therefore advised to beware of fraudulent sites and to note that the only verifiable platform to access information on the Survival Fund remains survivalfund.gov.ng.
"Please, beware of fraudsters."

The survival fund is a conditional grant to support vulnerable Micro and Small enterprises in meeting their payroll obligations and safeguard jobs in MSMEs from the shock of the COVID- 19 pandemic, according to the Nigerian Government.
The scheme is estimated to save at least 1.3 million jobs across the country, while targeting an average of 35,000 individuals per state.
Registration started last year (2020).
