Suswam Assassinated In Benue State

Chief Dr Terkula Suswam, the elder brother of former Benue State Governor, Senator Gabriel Suswam, has been assassinated in Benue State, northcentral Nigeria.

Suswam's death reportedly occurred in Anyiin, Logo local government area of Benue State on Tuesday evening, alongside one of his security aides, a report filed by Idoma Voice revealed.

According to reports a group has claimed responsibility for the murder as at the time of filing this report, however, multiple sources are pointing fingers at hoodlums loyal to the slain suspected notorious criminal, Terwase Akwaza, popularly known as Gana, who was reportedly killed by the military on his way to embrace an amnesty program organized by the Benue State government late last year.

Meanwhile, Suswam’s corpse has been deposited at the NKST Hospital Mortuary Anyiin. Suswam was until his murder, the Chief Executive Officer of Ashitech Group of Companies.
