The Syrian moderate opposition said they were ready to join the Turkish military in a new counterterrorism operation.
The operation is bid to be against the PKK's Syrian offshoot YPG in the northern towns and villages from the terrorists.
Reuters reports on Monday that Capt. Abdul Salam Abdul Razak, a prominent Syrian opposition commander said; "Readiness can happen in a day or two. There are thousands of fighters ready to participate alongside the Turkish military."
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan last week said that Turkey would soon launch new military operations along its southern borders to create safe zones deep to combat terrorist threats.
Turkey has conducted three successful counterterrorism operations into northern Syria since 2016 in operations targeting mainly the U.S.-backed YPG/PKK and Daesh terrorists.
The PKK is a terrorist organisation in the United States, Turkey and the European Union.
