WhatsApp Web users on Monday has started receiving an update which is called ‘view once' that allows photos and videos to disappear after it is viewed.
According to a report, the new feature, which is called ‘view once' was originally spotted on a recent WhatsApp for Android beta release. The feature is similar to that of disappearing media and text on Messenger and Instagram except there is no time window for expiry and the photos or videos automatically disappear when the receiver has viewed them once. OnePlus had announced that it will unveil the OnePlus Nord 2 on July 22 and will feature a 6.43-inch 90Hz AMOLED display alongside the OnePlus Buds Pro TWS earbuds.

Mercedes-Benz has announced that its newest car AMG SL Roadster has 11.9-inch portrait-style flippy touchscreen designed to help fight glare.
The new AMG SL Roadster also has a digital instrument cluster that’s a bit different from the rest. The 12.3-inch screen behind the steering wheel is tucked away in a “visor” that Mercedes-Benz says is “aviation-inspired.” Read more here.
Streaming giant, Netflix has allegedly hired former Electronic Arts (EA) and Facebook executive Mike Verdu as its vice president of game development.
From 2017 to 2018, Verdu was the head of EA Mobile and oversaw the studios that worked on Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, SimCity BuildIt, Plants vs. Zombies and Sims Free Play, among others. Read more here.
Google Inc. has updated a little less than 1,000 of its Emoji designs to celebrate World Emoji Day 2021 and phones, apps, and other devices will begin to see new Emojis.
A non-profit corporation, The Unicode Consortium in charge of developing and standardizing Unicode-based Emoji delayed the rollout of Unicode Standard 14.0.
