Techtrybe Africa, a technology company alongside Tioluwalogo Foundation have trained about 1,000 students from four different polytechnics in Osun State on digital technology in a ‘Campus Tech Fest.’

The event was held in Igbajo Polytechnic and featured students from Igbajo Polytechnic, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Imesi Polytechnic, and Esaoke Polytechnic who were trained in website development, content creation and editing, and graphics design.

According to a statement signed by the Chairman of the foundation, Tioluwalogo Olakunbi-Black, in Osogbo on Monday, the event included tech discussions and digital skill training by experts.

The statement titled ‘1,000 students trained as Youth and Community Development Advocates,’ reads in part: "From website development, graphics design to content creation and editing, the students were exposed to the possibilities and opportunities in the tech industry.

“The two-day event program also featured tech discussions from industry experts and was kick-started with a training on digital skills.”
