Tems Becomes First Female Nigerian Artist To Hit Number One On Hot 100 Chart

Singer Tems has achieved a major feat by becoming the first female singer to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

Chart Data, an American Twitter music chart, took to Twitter to announce the singer's victory.

Tems is the only female Nigerian artist in history to have reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

She joins Wizkid who accomplished the feat in 2016.
