Ten Richest Countries In The World By Net Worth

National net wealth, also referred to as national net worth, represents the total value of a country's assets minus its liabilities.

It is the collective net worth of a country's population at a certain period in time. 

This metric is an important indicator of a country's ability to incur debt and sustain expenditure, and it is influenced by a variety of factors.

These factors include real estate and equity market prices, exchange rates, liabilities, population demographics, and the presence of human resources, natural resources, capital, and technological advancements.

Data from Credit Suisse's Global Wealth Databook 2022 was analyzed to determine the world's wealthiest countries. 

This database computes wealth (as of 2021) by deducting debt from the value of financial and non-financial assets. 

This value is equivalent to a country's national net worth. It also compared these countries' total wealth in 2010 to analyze the percentage change in their wealth patterns nearly a decade later. 

This will not only show which countries are the wealthiest but also how quickly their wealth is growing. 


10. Australia
