Ter Stegen, Oblak, Neuer Among Nominees For FIFA Men's Goalkeeper

Barcelona shot-stopper, Andre Marc Ter Stegen, Atletico Madrid keeper, Jan Oblak and two-time Treble winner with Bayern Munich, Manuel Neuer are among the nominees for the FIFA Men's Goalkeeper awardees.
