'The Soul Of Lekki Massacre Victims Will Not Haunt Me' — Kemi Olunloyo

'The Soul Of Lekki Massacre Victims Will Not Haunt Me' — K

Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo has reacted after she was called out on social media for claiming that nobody died at the Lekki tollgate on October 20, 2020.

This came after the Lagos Judicial Panel released its report on the list of people who died and those who went missing and injured as a result of the fatal shooting carried out by the military.

In response, Kemi Olunloyo insists confidently that no one died from the shooting incident and no soul that died will haunt her.

She said that she was not part of the protest which she termed 'amusement park protest' and stated that she went to two morgues on October 20, 2020, and found no bodies.

Olunloyo said she has been vindicated and urged those calling her out to petition the International Court against the former Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, and the Commander-in-Chief, Mohammadu Buhari.

“The souls of anyone that died at #LekkiMassacre2020 will never haunt me. I was not part of the amusement park protest you set up there.

"I was watching the army and chasing bodies because they are not allowed to shoot unarmed protesters let alone take away bodies. I found NO BODY,” she wrote.

“I CHASED BODIES FROM 10:11 pm October 20th 2020 to 2 morgues but nobody was focused. I did not find bodies.

"I am VINDICATED. Now you know. Go petition the ICC against Burutai, Adamu, and Commander in Chief Buhari.”
