Throwback: 'Booty Call', 4 Other Great Hits By Mo Hits All Stars Music Group (Videos)

Just because it's a Thursday, AllNews takes you back to moments we got back to back hits from defunct Mo Hits All Stars music group that rocked the music industry.

The group, arguably the most loved by Nigerians was made up of top entertainers like Don Jazzy, D’banj, Wande Coal, D’prince (Don Jazzy’s younger brother), and K switch.

The group was founded in 2006 in which Don Jazzy was the CEO/President and D’banj was the Co-Owner.

However, a break up is expected in a situation where we have people of diverse cultures, goals, and aspirations, and just when fans could not get enough of their hit songs, Mo Hits fell apart in 2012, with Don Jazzy disclosing the news on his official Twitter handle after D’banj reportedly exited without reasons known to the public.

Don Jazzy, however, set up his record label known as ‘Mavin’ in 2013. D’banj, Dr. Sid, and Wande coal released albums while still under the Mo Hits.

1. Booty Call

Booty Call, one of their most popular songs began with the introduction of the members by D'banj. The Hip-Hop/Rap was released in 2009, a track off "Curriculum Vitae" album.

2. Be Close To You

This classic song "Close To You" features Wande Coal’s stellar vocals, D’Banj’s kokolet crooning frenzy, D’Prince, and Dr. Sid’s impressive rap cuts and of course, beats savvy Don Jazzy.

3. Pere

The video of "Pere" begins with D'banj recounting the moment he met his chick with "light skin to bad". It soon leads to an argument between the self-proclaimed Koko Master and Wande Coal. "Pere" was also released in 2009, a track off "Curriculum Vitae".
