    Marking the Eid-el-Maulud celebration, the Federal Government has set Thursday 29 October 2020, as a public holiday.

    This was disclosed by the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola on Tuesday.

    The minister, in a statement issued by Director of Press and Public Relations at the ministry, Mohammed Manga, sent good wishes to Muslim faithful on the occasion.

    He appealed to the Muslim faithful to embrace the spirit of patience and love.
