Tinubu: Media Interviews On Petitions Barred By Legal Team

Bola Tinubu's team has banned media interviews for the entirety of the ongoing petitions at the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

Daily Post reports that while conveying the decision on Tuesday, Adeniyi Akintola (SAN), added that any lawyer who flouts the order will be given the boot.

He, however, did not reveal the reason for the ban but disclosed that it has been extended to the President-elect.

Akintola further noted that the directive would be strictly observed and enforced.

Meanwhile, AllNews Nigeria reported earlier that Tinubu's inauguration will be attended by a delegation from the United States.

The disclosure was made by US President Joe Biden who shared the information on the White House website.

The delegation will be led by the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Marcia L. Fudge.
