The event is the public presentation of a book titled, “Aisha Buhari: Being Different,” was written in honour of the President’s wife.
The book was written by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Administration and Women Affairs, Dr. Hajo Sani.
According to a copy of the invitation sighted by journalists on Friday, the event is being organized by the Office of the First Lady of Nigeria in collaboration with the Women and National Development.
The event is scheduled to hold at the State House Conference Centre is expected to have prominent Nigerians such as the national leader of the ruling All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, who is the Chairman of the event and Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija, who is the Special Guest of Honour.

Those listed as the book presenters are Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Mr Tony Elumelu, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu, Prince Arthur Eze, Mrs Bola Shagaya, Mr Femi Otedola, Alhaji Muhammadu Indimi, Mr Jim Ovia, Chief Kessington Adebutu, Senator Daisy Danjuma and Captain Idahosa Okunbo.
The royal fathers of the day are the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar; the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; and the Egbere Emere Okori Eleme, King Appolus Chu.
Recalled that Aisha Buhari returned to the country on March 17, 2020 after being away for about six months.
Mrs. Buhari who has been outspoken had gone off the radar around September 2020 shortly after the wedding of her daughter, Hanan.
An online medium, SaharaReporters, reported that the President’s wife relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirate, citing security issues.
But not long after, one of her aides, Kabiru Dodo, said Aisha Buhari was on a foreign medical trip.
No word was heard from her even when she turned 50 years old on February 18.
