Toyota Motor Corporation Announces Changes To Board Members

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has announced changes assigned to members of the board of directors at its ordinary general shareholders’ meeting on Wednesday.

Toyota made this known in a release on Wednesday, disclosing that it has also appointed representative directors and directors with special titles at a meeting of the board of directors following the ordinary general shareholders’ meeting.
