Tokyo 2020 Olympics opening ceremony kicked off on Friday with a collection of videogame music forming the soundtrack for the parade featuring representatives from various nations where athletes walked through Japan’s Olympic Stadium.

The ceremony kicked off with the main theme from Dragon Quest— which sounds pretty Olympian outright — followed by hits from Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, Nier, Sonic, Chrono Trigger, and eFootball. (the new name for Pro Evolution Soccer)
