Tom Holland has addressed the rumours going around that he just purchased a real estate property with girlfriend Zendaya.
The Spider-Man co-stars are arguably one of Hollywood's favourite couples at the moment and fans are often quick to link them in their individual endeavours.
Holland appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan during the weekend and refuted the stories that he bought a house in South London with Zendaya.
"I’ve had so many people call me up because apparently, I bought a new house in South London? Which is completely false!", he stated.

"I didn’t buy a new house. I’m like, ‘Wow, what a surprise, I wonder when I’ll get the keys."
Host Ryan Seacrest then asked the actor his opinion on where the rumours came from and Holland was candid about not having the faintest idea.
"I don't know!", he exclaimed.
