Tottenham hold Manchester City to 3-3 draw in Premier League

Manchester City was held to a 3-3 draw at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday when they welcomed Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

It was a massive game in Europe as quality beckoned on the pitch in this match in essence. The visitors took the lead through a goal from Heung-Min Son in the 6th minute to make it 1-0.

Tottenham star Son surprisingly scored an own goal at the other end of the match to make it 1-1 three minutes later.

But the Citizens took the lead in style as Julian Alvarez combined well with Phil Foden to make it 2-1. Foden scored from close range in the 31st minute.

Giovani Lo Celso finished in aplomb outside the area after being put through by his teammate. Heung-Min Son.

It was an individual goal from the Argentine playmaker (Celso) who cut inside to finish in the bottom left corner of the Manchester City goal.

Jack Grealish thought he scored the winner for the Citizens when he scored from close range following an assist from star forward Erling Braut Haaland in the 81st minute of the match.

But Dejan Kulusevski equalized with a header in the 90th minute to ensure the tie finished 3-3 apiece between both sides.

Kulusevski was assisted by Brennan Johnson's inviting cross into the box.
