The Korean professional footballer, Son Heung-Min's goal against Burnley has been named the Goal of the season. The goal was scored in a counter-attack spearheaded by the Tottenham striker as he runs from the other half of the field in a solo effort and finished the goal in style.
Son 28, has been incredible since joining the White Hart Lane team in London from Bayer Leverkusen in a 30 million Euros. He has scored 85 crucial goals and provided 47 assists for the team.
He ended 2019-20 season despite the coronavirus enforced lockdown on high as he scored 18 goals and 11 assists in all competition.
One of the 18 goals was even so special to claim the Goal of the Season award.
The goal involves Son running 71.4m passed 6 players within 11 seconds.

According to Opta stats, Son Heung-min’s goal in their 5-0 victory vs Burnley (71 metres) was the longest carry leading to a Premier League goal since March 2017, when Andros Townsend travelled 76 metres with the ball before scoring for Crystal Palace at West Brom.
