Train Attack: Buhari Directs Security Chiefs On Rescue Missi

Nigeria's president, Muhammadu Buhari has directed all the security Chiefs to rescue all abductees of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack still in captivity.

The president gave the order on Thursday during a national security meeting with the Security Chiefs.

This was disclosed to newsmen shortly after the meeting at the presidential Villa Abuja by the National Security Adviser, Babagana Munguno.

Munguno stated that the president was worried over the spate of security challenges in the country.

He added that the president's directive was immediate, requiring drastic actions by the service chiefs.

He further stated the need to strengthen the security of the country's border as a measure to curtail the dwindling security challenges.

Munguno further lamented the lack of intelligence reports from locals, adding that the lack of the report makes it difficult to tame the security challenges.
