The sale of Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven to Chelsea has been confirmed by the head coach of the Eredivisie club, Van Nistelrooy on Friday.
Chelsea reportedly submitted a bid worth £29 million to sign the young midfielder on Thursday night.
The deal will have the promising 20-year-old England U21 International stay at Stamford Bridge for Seven-and-a-half years.

"We are losing a good player because of his departure," Van Nistelrooy disclosed.
"There was no turning back and there was a solid financial compensation.
“I can empathize with the importance of the club.
“Given the circumstances, with the financial compensation, we have decided to sell.”

Earlier, popular football journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Madueke had the main part of his medical tests on Friday after arriving in London on Thursday night.
Romano hinted that the deal between PSV Eindhoven and Chelsea is a "£35 million package."

The permanent signing of Madueke means that he will become the 10th forward in Graham Potter's side.
