Trump Loses Another Court Case In Pennsylvania

Trump has lost one of his lawsuits, as a court in Pennsylvania denied his request to jettison millions of mail-in ballots in the state.

Describing the suit brought before the court, the Federal District Judge, Matthew Brann, said that it was a suit “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations”.

“… This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence.

“In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state.”

This case is one among Trump's losses in his cache of lawsuits against his opposition Joe Biden in the recently-concluded presidential election.

In the final vote tally in Pennsylvania, Trump lost to Biden with over 80,000 votes.

Pennsylvania, one of the critical states and major deciders in the US presidential elections was won by Trump in 2016.

Trump's lawyer, Rudy Guiliani claimed there was a nationwide conspiracy to which Trump was a victim.

Guiliani said, "You’d have to be a fool to think this was an accident.

"It’s a widespread nationwide voter fraud of which this is a part.

"I used to vote by absentee ballot a lot, because I traveled a lot."

Guiliani was said to be “living in a fantasy world,” by a lawyer, Mark Aronchick, who represents several Pennsylvania counties, telling the judge, to “Dismiss this case so we can move on to the real business of this country.

“Let’s end this.”
