Twitter is requesting some employees to return just days after cutting its workforce in half.
Twitter management has realised it either let certain people depart by accident or without realising their experience was crucial to developing the additions Elon Musk wants to introduce to the network.
From Twitter Slack: “sorry to @- everybody on the weekend but I wanted to pass along that we have the opportunity to ask folks that were left off if they will come back. I need to put together names and rationales by 4PM PST Sunday.

The first person to report on the company's strategy was Casey Newton of Platformer, who shared communications from one of its internal Slack groups.
According to one post, the business requires iOS and Android developers.
After a hectic weekend at Twitter, a decision to bring back certain workers would be made.
In a decision that devastated teams across the corporation, including those in charge of creating new accessibility features, the company started Friday by letting go of almost 3,800 workers.
The company's new paid verification system started a limited rollout on Saturday.
The decision to postpone that feature's release until after the US midterm elections were apparently taken by the firm the next day.
