Two passengers have on Monday morning, escaped being injured in a multiple road traffic crash which occurred at the Naira and Kobo junction on the Gbongan-Ibadan expressway.
According to the information at the disposal of this medium which was made available by the Osun Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), the accident involved a blue Toyota Corolla car with registration number AKM227SX and a red Mack truck.
The Osun Command's spokesperson, Agnes Ogungbemi explained that the crash occurred as a result of a speed violation on the part of both drivers, and as a result, the red Mack truck brushed the drivers' side of the Toyota Corolla.
She also explained that the obstruction which was caused as a result of the accident has been cleared to allow for free flow of traffic.
