Nigerian Artist Omah lay has been arrested by Katwe police, together with the manager of the venue where he performed on Saturday, for violating the COVID-19 rules of the country. Lay was arrested along with Dungu Ivan and the Events manager Prim Kasana.
AllNews gathered that On the night of December 12, 2020, Omah Lay had performed at The Big Brunch, which held at Speke Resort, Wavamunno Rd, Kampala, Uganda even when there is a restriction on public entertainment.
Confirming the report, Luk Owoyesigyire, Assistant Superintendent of Police and Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan Police tweeted and assures to give details of the rest later.
