The Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres is presently at the Presidential Villa in Abuja where he is engaged in a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
Reports say that Guterres arrived at Aso Rock at 3 pm.
The UN scribe was in Borno State recently and he had a meeting with some repentant terrorists, advocating for their re-integration into society.
According to souces close to the presidency, the meeting between the UN leader and president Buhari will revole around the security issues on the country.
Guterres and Buhari will also discuss solutions to the nation's prevailing woes.
