An unidentified young girl was on Wednesday knocked down by a car in Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State.
The deceased was reportedly hit by the vehicle around Millionaire Quarters, Lafia at exactly 2 pm.
Her corpse which has since been deposited at the mortuary of M&D hospital is still unclaimed by the relatives.
To claim the corpse, the family and relatives have been advised to contact the Area Command of the Nigerian Police, Jos road.
