Unknown gunmen have abducted four persons at a farm settlement in Iseyin town, Iseyin local government area of Oyo State.
This was confirmed by Rasheed Adedokun, the Chairman of the Farm Settlement Association on Sunday.
Adedokun also added that the kidnaping occurred on Saturday morning.
"Kidnappers, numbering about ten dressed in army camouflage with sophisticated weapons, invaded a big poultry farm situated within the settlement and abducted four workers, among whom was a lady," he said.
This latest kidnapping is coming on the same day that the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde assured residents of Ibarapa geopolitical zone of the state will be free from insecurity.
Makinde gave the assurance at the annual World Twins Festival in Igboora.
