    One female adult has been confirmed dead following an accident on Thursday involving a tanker loaded with PMS and two other vehicles at the Otedola Bridge in Lagos.

    According to the Director-General, LASEMA, Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, two male adults and a child were also injured in the accident.

    The injured people have been taken to the trauma center for further treatment.
