UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust (UPDC REIT) is set to distribute 18 Kobo per unit to its unit holders for the period ended June 30, 2021.
As a recommendation from Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, Fund Manager of UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust (UPDC REIT), the Register of Unitholders and Transfer Books of the UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust will be closed today, December 31, 2021.
Meanwhile, its circular sent to the management of the Nigerian Stock Exchange stated clearly that the process for determining the unit holders who qualify for the proposed distribution for the period ended June 30, 2021, and will be closed for the next three working days, i.e., January 4, 2022, and January 7, 2022.
Finally, the distribution will be payable to all registered unit holders on Monday, January 10, 2022.
