Uriel Reveals Why She Had To Lose Weight

The mystery behind reality star Uriel Oputa shedding some weight has been revealed as she has disclosed why she chose to.

The former Big Brother Naija reality star released before and after images, explaining that she had to drop weight for health reasons despite liking her old shape.

Uriel Oputa documented her weight loss journey on Instagram and has stated her family has a history of high blood pressure and cancer, and she doesn't want her children to go through what she and her siblings experienced with their mother.

Her weight decrease has paid off, she continued, according to recent medical tests. She claimed that she had an ovarian cyst for years, but that it was gone after a checkup yesterday.

She wrote:

"When you have a family history of high blood pressure and stroke, even cancer u make changes. I would pick grape over chocolate. or better chocolate-coated grapes.

"I went for a full health check at mecure....from checking my cervical cancer, my blood, Hepatitis, Brain scan, STI everything. Everything came back healthy.

"So I'm not losing weight I'm changing my life. I don't want my children to go through what my brothers and I have passed through with my mum.

"My body was fire but i wasn't healthy can you imagine I had Ovarian cyst for years.We checked yesterday it  was gone   mad ooo..."

"My bum wnt reduce. Please don't forget to drink 2litres of water today"
