Fox News confirmed that several individuals suspected of being illegal immigrants involved in the beating of New York City police officers were apprehended in Phoenix, Arizona.

According to sources from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the arrests were carried out by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.

While the identities of the arrested suspects have not been disclosed, there has been a notable development regarding the whereabouts of some individuals involved in the mob beating incident in New York.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul, expressing concern, emphasized the severity of assault on police officers.

She underscored the importance of prosecutors seeking measures to detain individuals involved in such crimes, highlighting the potential repercussions, including deportation.

She said; “There are over 100 crimes that also can lead to deportation, and so that is also something I want to have a conversation with the district attorney about – his options here."
