Uwazurike Reveals Unknown Gunmen’s Mission, Condemns Them For ‘Playing Football With Human Heads’

Uwazurike Reveals Unknown Gunmen’s Mission, Condemns Them

A former president of Igbo Think-Tank group, Aka-Ikenga, Goddy Uwazurike, has said that the mission of the so-called Unknown Gunmen in Nigeria’s South-East region is to ruin the plan of holding gubernatorial election in Anambra State.

AllNews reports that the Anambra election 2021 is slated for 6 November.

According to Uwazurike, the gunmen currently terrorising Anambra State and other parts of Southeast are non-Igbos.

“The Unknown Gunmen are in action in Anambra. And what is the objective? That there shall be no election. That’s what is going on. They don’t want any election in Anambra State. And those who don’t want election are making the state ungovernable,” Uwazurike said in a recent interview with The Biafra Times.

He added: “These current gunmen are not the ordinary gunmen. Definitely they are not Igbos.

“They are people who kill for pleasure. Give them money, and they are happy. And when they kill, they also bring you pictures as proof. They even play soccer; they play football with human heads. That is gruesome. And I condemn it.”
