A car crashed into a convenience store at a petrol station in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa on December 3, 2022, injuring several people, according to a post on ALS Paramedics Medical Services.
The accident occurred just after 7:30 on Saturday.
This happened at a popular convenience store at a local Petrol station near the Pavilion Centre in Westville.
When ALS paramedics arrived on the scene, they found chaos.
The car smashed through the shopfront, injuring several employees.
More advanced life support ambulances were immediately dispatched.
The driver of the vehicle, as well as four employees, were injured in varying degrees of seriousness.
They were stabilized on the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision are unknown.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) was on the scene and will conduct further investigation.
