Veritas Kapital Assurance Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading insurance companies, has announced the appointment of Emmanuel Etuh to the company’s board as the Non-Executive Director.

Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc which was formerly known as Unity Kapital Assurance Plc  was incorporated in 1973 as a private liability Company that offers non-life insurance products and services to individuals and institutions across Nigeria

His appointment which has been duly approved by the National Insurance Commission was disclosed through a notice filed with the Exchange and signed by the company’s secretary, Saratu Umar Garba.

 Emmanuel Etuh is a financial adviser at TMD Capital Partners, where he specialises in building and managing client portfolios and maximising local investment opportunities, asset structures, and tax-efficient vehicles, he also has private equity experience across various sectors, including information technology, consumer services, retail, media, real estate, and healthcare.

He has previous working experience at Banwo & Ighodalo, where he advised on corporate and commercial law, partnerships, foreign investment, and joint venture transactions across finance, international trade, and technology.
