Nigerian megastar Burna Boy continues to stack up his record-setting achievements and recently gave music fans a thrilling encounter after selling out an 80,000-capacity stadium in London.
With the recent feat, the Grammy winner becomes the first African artiste to solo headline a stadium in the United Kingdom.
Held as part of Burna Boy's 'Love, Damini' Tour, the concert took place on Saturday, June 3, and the singer performed alongside the likes of international stars JHus, Stormzy, Dave, and others.
While the crowd screamed in delight, Burna gave exciting renditions of some of his hit singles, including an unreleased track with JHus from the latter’s highly anticipated album ‘Don’t Say Militancy.’
Dishing on his goal of making history before the concert, Burna stated that he hoped the show would inspire fans that their dreams can come true.
“London Stadium is going to be my fairground! I’ve been told that I couldn’t achieve anything because of where I came from.
“I hope this can show people that when you have a dream it doesn’t matter where you’ve come from, your dream can come true.
“This is going to be legendary, it’s history and I can’t wait for you all to be a part of that,” he said.
