VIDEO: DMX Is Not Dead — Manager Reacts To Viral Condolence Messages

DMX's manager has reacted to online condolence messages with a hashtag of RIP attached to the rapper's name, clarifying that he is still very much alive.

Recall that AllNews Nigeria earlier reported that DMX is currently on life support after he was rushed to the hospital some days ago after a drug overdose at home.

Fans of the veteran hip-hop star have been posting condolence messages and tributes, leading to many assuming that he has died. This has elicited a response from his manager Steve Rifkind, who insists DMX is alive.

Posting a video clip on Instagram, Rifkind confirmed that the rapper is still alive and urged people to stop spreading the rumours of his demise.

"Everybody posting these rumours, DMX is still alive, he is on life support", he stated in the video. "Let the family relax for a night. You'll be hearing a statement from the family sometime tomorrow.

"...The only thing I ask is stop with the rumours", he added.
