Nigerian students en route to Egypt from Sudan via road have cried out after being stranded for hours in an unknown location.
The evacuation process which started on Wednesday is expected to culminate in the students being airlifted from Egypt by Air Peace on Friday.
A video uploaded online shows the moment the stranded students bemoan their fate, revealing that they have no clue where they are.
"We have been in this desert for five hours... We don't know the situation we are in, we don't have water...
"They said they're not moving their bus because they did not give them money", one of the female students laments in the clip.
Joined by two males, the student further points to their surroundings, a windswept desert with no building in sight and a few vehicles passing by.
