VIDEO: Watch Moment Uduak Akpan Attempted To Escape After Death Sentence

The moment Uduak Akpan, the killer of Iniubong Umoren, a graduate of Philosophy tried to escape after he was sentenced to death by the Akwa Ibom State High Court has surfaced online.

AllNews Nigeria earlier reported that Justice Bassey Nkanang sentenced Uduak Akpan to death by hanging for the murder of Iniubong Umoren.

Uduak’s father, Frank Akpan, and his sister, Anwan Bassey (2nd and 3rd accused) were discharged and acquitted.

After the court ruling, Akpan attempted to run out of the court and it took the intervention of the prison wards to stop him from escaping.

However, the court discharged and acquitted his father, Frank Akpan and sister, Anwan Akpan, the second and third accused, who were standing trial for accessory after the fact to murder.
