The combination of the two forwards at the Spanish capital club was crucial for the La Liga-Champions League double.
They formed a formidable duo that ripped defences apart with Vinicius' pace and Benzema's clinical finishes.
The Brazilian youngster was also clinical in front of goal scoring in the final to defeat Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool in Paris.
