WhatsApp Developing 'Order' Shortcut For Business Clients

WhatsApp Developing 'Order' Shortcut For Business Clients

Meta has announced that its messaging platform, WhatsApp for Business will have a new chat shortcut to easily create orders!

Businesses will be able to choose which products to include in their orders, as well as their quantity, pricing, and other factors, according to Meta. Customers will be able to collaborate with businesses on orders.

The new 'order' shortcut was first seen in the Android beta app, but it is now available to everyone. The new feature was discovered in the WhatsApp Desktop beta programme, implying that business accounts will have the same level of access as Android users.

Users of the WhatsApp Desktop beta software for business will soon be able to create a quick order that they can send to their clients using the new shortcut.

Apart from the 'order' shortcut, WhatsApp is working on a status reply indicator, 32-person audio calls, the ability to view status updates in the chat list, and the ability to use a single WhatsApp account on many devices.

It's also working on a new feature that would allow users to leave WhatsApp groups in secret.
